Bartender/Mixologist - Blacktail Bars Kananaskis Village
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at Blacktail Bars Kananaskis Village. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating an unforgettable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at the bar, exceeding their expectations and maximizing food and beverage revenue.
- Fulfill all servers' bar orders and maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail menus, utilizing locally inspired seasonal ingredients and techniques.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and tracking popular drinks to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system.
- Assist in the overall success of our two outlets, including serving tables, running food, and participating in daily Bar-Prep.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience in an upscale establishment.
- Valid ProServe certification and knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
