Bartender/Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at Blacktail Bars in Kananaskis Village, Alberta, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and create an amazing guest experience at the bar.
  • Fulfill all servers' bar orders and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Be creative and help craft locally inspired seasonal cocktails.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and keep track of popular drinks.
  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and process payments on the POS system.
  • Occasionally serve tables, run food in your outlet, and assist in the overall success of our two outlets.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and always follow through with all tasks with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Take part in daily Bar-Prep, assisting in crafting our house made syrups and garnishes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of bartending experience in an upscale establishment.
  • Have a valid ProServe certification.
  • Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without sacrificing quality.
