Job Title: Village Maintenance Attendant

Location: Kananaskis Village, Alberta, Canada

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Village Maintenance Attendant to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including snow removal and lawn care machinery
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall, and minor repairs
  • Assist with plumbing and sprinkler repairs, as well as other upkeep projects
  • Work effectively with others to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift 50lb sandbags
  • Basic construction skills and knowledge of outdoor equipment
  • Good mechanical knowledge and small engine operations experience
  • Ability to work afternoons and nights, as required
