We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Craft Specialist to join our team at Imperial Exterior Enterprise Inc. in the United States.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to work at heights and outdoors in various locations, including construction sites. As an Exterior Craft Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

You will also be required to fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware. Additionally, you will need to transport tools and equipment safely.

In terms of qualifications, we require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 3 years of experience in the field. A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Transporting tools and equipment safely
Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the exterior craft industry

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including relocation costs covered by the employer and travel expenses paid by the employer.
