Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure that our staff is adequately trained and prepared for their roles.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Train Staff: Train our staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is adequately stocked to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
