Food Service Manager

China Garden Restaurant LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Hours:60 to 80 hours bi-weekly
