Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Care Specialist to join our team at Green Bright Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, polishing machines, and other equipment to remove debris and maintain facilities.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Snow and Ice Removal: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
