Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at NearSource Technologies. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workplace is clean, organized, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular checks and maintenance of facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, new hires, visitors, and guests.
- Order and restock food, snacks, and office supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with teams such as AV/IT, Security, and Property Management to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and manage reports, metrics, and documentation on SharePoint.
- Support the team by documenting processes, suggesting improvements, and identifying workflow issues.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure good service and maintain strong relationships.
- Use the workplace ticketing system to handle service requests, repairs, and maintenance needs efficiently.
- At least 3 years of experience in workplace management, facilities, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of building control systems, environmental systems, workplace technology, and audio/visual is a plus.
- Experience managing vendors and implementing corporate safety programs.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional customer service attitude.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and detail-oriented.
- Able to collaborate with other departments in the company.
