Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Goh Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Work Setting: Our office is located in a restaurant setting, providing a unique and dynamic work environment.

Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, supervising other workers, and performing various administrative tasks.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word is required.

Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required for this position.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Other Benefits: Free parking is available, and we offer a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
