Insurance Account Manager

The Account Manager is a key position at HK Henderson, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance and the ability to work closely with advisors and other service teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with advisors to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Delegate tasks and coach team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts
- Level 2 license or equivalent in commercial insurance
- Relevant industry experience and certifications, such as CIP, CRM, and CAIB
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
