Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The successful candidate will work in a restaurant or catering firm setting, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and service.
