Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize kitchen operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of food to customers.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to maintain high standards of presentation and quality.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
