Food Service Manager

Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Team Management: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and hire food service staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank offers a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
