Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Support Specialist to join our team at The Royal Trust Company.



About the Role:


The National Account Support team is responsible for assisting relationship managers by providing efficient, accurate, and quality client service. This includes preparing estate asset summary documents, tax preparation, account distribution, and asset administration.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the Officers in ensuring that administrative tasks are properly completed.
  • Prepare estate asset summary documents, tax preparation, account distribution, and asset administration.
  • Network with RBC partners and other financial institutions to gather information relating to client holdings in an estate environment.
  • Use proprietary software to build summaries of estate assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sources to collect asset information and consolidate client assets in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent communication with support groups internally and with external contacts.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquiries on your own or seek support from your team leader as required.
  • Evaluate administration against company goals and objectives.


Requirements:



  • Post-secondary education or equivalent, with a focus on estate and trust administration an asset.
  • 3 years of administration experience.
  • A working knowledge of the financial services and securities industries.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a professional business partner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Mail Merge.
