About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing effective project/program oversight for one or more Value or Strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the SAP license sales team in closing software deals by providing oversight to implementation planning & estimating and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners as required.
  • Conversant across sales, solutioning, and delivery, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, as well as see and articulate the bigger picture.
  • Proven expertise in managing impactful customer relationships, customer escalations, co-innovation engagement, and projects, with a strong negotiator who has experience in ensuring customer success and achieving customer references.
  • Manage overall services relationship between customer, partner, and SAP to ensure that projects/programs are delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through billable consulting.
  • Actively identify and develop business opportunities, create long-term value plans with customers to achieve customer business objectives, and expand SAP services on the account.
  • Responsible for analyzing and executing on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy, and communicating project goals at a strategic level.
  • Provide guidance to the SAP project team, including resource strategy, issues and escalation management, project execution, and general information.
  • Work with the Client Partner when new Service Sales opportunities are identified to expand business and continually inform Management of opportunity status and revenue KPIs for their Value or Strategic Account(s).
Requirements
  • 7+ years of SAP Program management experience.
  • 10+ years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management experience, with Major Systems Integrator experience preferred.
  • Must have National Defense experience.
  • Must have experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments (Fortune 100 or larger).
  • Experienced in Program and Change Management, Process Improvement Analysis, and Escalation methodology, with PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP methodologies such as Activate and SaaS delivery, with the ability to consistently achieve results and exceed targets.
  • Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual French and English.
