About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective project/program oversight for one or more Value or Strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with the customer, the Services Client Partner, and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Establish effective Program Governance for each account and serve as the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle.
  • Position additional SAP Services in support of the success of the customer.
  • Provide oversight for PDDs, DMs, and/or PMs, and ensure engagement in their account(s).
Requirements
  • 7+ years of SAP Program management experience.
  • 10+ years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management experience. Major Systems Integrator experience preferred.
  • Must have National Defense experience.
  • Must have experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments (Fortune 100 or larger).
  • Experienced in Program and Change Management, Process Improvement Analysis and Escalation methodology, with PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications.
  • Expert level knowledge of SAP methodologies such as Activate and SaaS delivery.
  • Ability to consistently achieve results and exceed targets.
  • Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual French and English.
