About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Sales Account Representative to join our dynamic team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. As a member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, developing lasting relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
