Salary

Based on industry standards and the location, the estimated salary for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to handle the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Registration and Room Assignment: Greet arriving guests, register them, and assign rooms efficiently.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process multiple arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Reservations and Room Changes: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with ease.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Calculate charges, receive payments, and ensure a smooth departure process.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and assist clients with special needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
