Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham, Estevan. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all guests are checked in and out accurately.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, providing clear and concise information to guests.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring they start their day on time.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train, with a focus on developing strong customer service and communication skills.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.
