Site Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pagnotta Industries, Inc. in Dawson Creek, BC.

About the Role:

  • Provide clerical support to site management staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents.
  • Complete payroll entries for company and sub-trade workers.
  • Develop and maintain technical lists, such as phone/email lists and project-related forms.
  • Write letters and emails, and develop and maintain data sheets.
  • Develop and maintain meetings and activities scheduled for project personnel.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Valid license.
  • Having a personal vehicle is an asset.
