Site Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pagnotta Inc. in Dawson Creek, BC. As a key member of our site management staff, you will provide administrative support to our project managers and superintendents, ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Filing and maintaining electronic and hard copy documents
- Preparing payroll entries for company and sub-trade workers
- Developing and maintaining technical lists, such as phone and email lists
- Writing letters and emails, and developing data sheets
- Coordinating meetings and activities for project personnel
- Scanning and copying documents
- Setting up meetings and ensuring timely follow-up
- 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Positive team player with excellent communication skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Fluent English preferred
- Valid license and personal vehicle an asset
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
