About the Role

Operations Team Lead

At Reliance Home Comfort, we're dedicated to providing exceptional home comfort solutions to our customers. As an Operations Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our field operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, budgeting, and delivery of operational targets. You'll work closely with local managers to drive growth, develop relationships within the business, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with various business areas to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Identify and develop potential sales or customer service opportunities to maximize portfolio growth.
  • Ensure staffing plans are accurately forecasted, updated, and delivered to meet customer service and operational commitments.
  • Measure, monitor, and drive achievement of operational metrics, providing appropriate reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and support the development of a growth-through-service mentality that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth.
  • Coach and manage a team of technical professionals to maximize their performance, engagement, and achievement of objectives.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset with a strong ability to work in a team environment and individually.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience overseeing a field operations team.
  • Knowledge and technical experience within the HVAC and/or water heater industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
