Kitchen Operations Manager

Laughing Loon Pub is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen workflows to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional food and service.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to inform kitchen operations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen performance and operations.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
