Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Laughing Loon Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen schedules to meet production demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet menu demands.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and sales data.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate the distribution of goods.
- 5-10 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
