Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Laughing Loon Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen schedules to meet work demands.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Hire and manage food service staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food to customers.
- 5-10 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
