Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Appoii Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer expectations
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to support menu development and kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items that meet customer preferences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
