Key Responsibilities- Reporting to OSFI as CCO, you will identify and assign ownership of compliance responsibilities for all regulations affecting the organization.
- Maintain an inventory of these responsibilities and ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective compliance strategies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of OSFI, FINTRAC, FSRA, and FCAC regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders.
