Supply Chain Specialist

Brandt is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver. This role is responsible for assisting the parts department with the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in loading trucks and sea containers with finished goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Inspect crates and bundles for damage during the loading process, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Collaborate with the parts department to count and verify inventory, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform tasks outside in various weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Operate a forklift, if certified, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Physical fitness to manually handle goods, steel, and products, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
- Good attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
