Job Summary
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading all supply chain activities of the site, including inventory management, procurement, repair scheduling, and logistics. The goal is to reduce costs and lead times while increasing productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Working Conditions
This position requires regular attendance and may involve national and international travel. The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
