Position Overview:

In the role of Supply Chain Analyst, you will work closely with various departments including Finance, Sales, Project Management, Planning, and Purchasing Teams to enhance and maintain the forecasting process. Your contributions will be vital in managing and optimizing inventory levels to guarantee product availability for production and our clientele. We will depend on your expertise to implement a continuous improvement strategy in work processes, including automation of reporting where feasible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage demand, supply, and inventory forecasts in accordance with Veralto Accounting Policies.
  • Utilize the Production-Sales-Inventory (PSI) Process to determine forecasts based on demand from After-Market-Parts-Service (AMPs).
  • Oversee the period-end processing cycle, establishing an exception process and monitoring material supply against demand.
  • Evaluate forecast accuracy and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Establish appropriate inventory policies within the ERP system to meet customer lead time expectations.
  • Conduct quarterly data refresh and Kanban sizing calculations.
  • Assist Production, Purchasing, and Finance teams with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Generate reports and performance analyses of KPIs, including out-of-stock levels, days of supply, and aging inventories.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. CPIM certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand and supply planning, forecasting, preferably within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, demand planning software, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
