This position will be responsible for leading the supply chain activities of the site, including inventory management, procurement, repair scheduling, and logistics. The goal is to reduce costs and lead times while increasing productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and logistics operations
- Collaborate with the central supply chain team to ensure alignment with company strategy
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English required
Working Conditions
This position requires regular attendance and may involve national and international travel.
