We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior members of the client team to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
  • Oversee the development of full-scale project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define project governance structure and communication protocols.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Track project expenses, manage budgets, and recommend budget changes where necessary.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working directly with B2C and/or B2B systems/technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in business or customer relationship management or consulting services.
  • Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience navigating senior relationships both internal and external.
  • Experience in Health, Insurance, and/or Financial industries and environments.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions within the organization, and in a matrix reporting environment involving bargaining unit employees, exempt employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • A Lean Agile mindset and operate in an Enterprise Agile Framework (SAFe).
