Job Title: Public Relations Manager

NutrizA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging content to promote our brand and services, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the development and implementation of contracts with media outlets, influencers, and other partners.
  • Market Business Services: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote our services to new and existing customers.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Develop and manage budgets for public relations initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Write and Edit Communications Materials: Craft compelling content for various channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs across various departments.
  • Direct and Evaluate Media Relations: Manage media relations on behalf of our organization, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Direct and Evaluate Publicity Events: Plan and execute publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our brand and services.
  • Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Advertising Campaigns: Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote our services and products.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Represent our organization in various settings, including media interviews and public events.
  • Advise Clients: Provide strategic advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from various stakeholders, including media, clients, and employees.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Support the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions.
  • Conduct Surveys: Gather and analyze data from public opinion and attitude surveys.
  • Initiate and Maintain Media Contact: Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives to ensure effective communication and representation.
  • Prepare Educational Programs: Develop and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
  • Prepare Contracts: Draft and negotiate contracts for various services, including sports, literary, and performance contracts.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Copywrite: Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after the sale.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff to ensure effective execution of public relations initiatives.
  • Gather and Prepare Communications Material: Collect and prepare communications materials, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Workplace Information: Hybrid, Permanent, 40 hours per week, English language.
