This role reports to the Head, Media Services and Marketing Ops and involves leading teams responsible for designing, building, and managing email marketing campaigns and programs. You will also manage targeted collector lists for all channels, build and manage onsite marketing campaigns and programs, design, build, and manage in-app marketing campaigns and programs, and design bespoke web experiences for advertisers.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their campaign data needs, managing the development and delivery of targeted lists for ad hoc campaigns, scheduled, and always-on programs for all marketing channels used by AMRP and its sponsors. Additionally, you will design, implement, and communicate department policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with internal and external regulations and policies related to data governance, privacy, and collector marketing preferences.

You will act as a subject matter expert in the design and delivery of target marketing (digital, CLM, and CRM) and develop strategies and standards in collaboration with peer Directors. The successful candidate will also support the Executive Committee in creating a 1-2 year roadmap for the evolution and improvement of campaign delivery, including the orchestration of collector journeys.
