About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Agent to join our team at National Bank. As an Operations Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Support the team by carrying out administrative tasks, such as mail distribution and filing documents
  • Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients and internal meetings
  • Help coordinate events and conferences with internal and external partners
  • Perform various daily administrative activities, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements
