Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as mail distribution, filing, and supply ordering
* Coordinate conference room schedules and events
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and professional work environment
* Perform various daily tasks, such as data entry and document management

What You'll Need:

* High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience, or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
* College diploma in administration, an asset
* Experience working in financial services, an asset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
* Strong organizational and priority management skills
