About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our team at National Bank. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support your colleagues, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource person
  • Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Ensure common spaces for the team and clients feel welcoming and professional
  • Organize conference room schedules and coordinate events with internal/external partners
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks, such as mail distribution and supply ordering

Your Team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with a team of 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with your colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience, or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
  • College diploma in administration, an asset
  • Experience working in financial services, an asset
  • Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
