Operations Agent Role

At National Bank, we're seeking a skilled Operations Agent to join our team. As an Operations Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and colleagues by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource person
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Ensure common spaces for the team and clients feel welcoming and professional
  • Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients
  • Help coordinate events and conferences with internal/external partners
  • Perform various daily administrative activities (e.g., mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies)
Your Team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. You'll report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
  • College diploma in administration, an asset
  • Experience working in financial services, an asset
  • Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
  • Organizational and priority management skills
