### Key Responsibilities

* Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accurate financial records
* Verify and reconcile receiving reports to ensure timely and accurate payment
* Validate and code matched external purchase invoices to ensure compliance with company policies
* Follow up on internal and external purchase claims to resolve any discrepancies
* Prepare annual inventory cut-off accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting

### Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school or college diploma in accounting or a related field
* Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written
* More than 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable
* Experience with MS Office suite, specifically Excel
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
