Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team at SECURE Energy Services Inc. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our Metals, Mining, and Rail group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative talent attraction techniques to source passive talent and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to determine appropriate salaries using market and competitive data
  • Work with internal stakeholders to advance brand and opportunity awareness
  • Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and networking with industry professionals
  • Recommend recruitment strategies that align with the short and long-term growth of the Metals, Mining & Rail business segment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce/Management or relevant experience
  • ~5+ years' experience in recruiting, with previous high-volume field-based recruitment experience, preferably in construction, waste management, environmental services and metals recycling industry
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition and talent management processes
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong HRIS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
