Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Adobe

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms.
  • Map business processes and roles to activities, including workflow diagrams and RACI matrices.
  • Understand how the company's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Support change management for marketing platforms and user provision and management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • 5+ years' experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms.
  • 3+ years' experience with system security requirements.
  • 1+ years' experience working with Adobe Experience Platform.
  • 2+ years' experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager).
  • Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with WebServices- RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)- OpenAPI, databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0.
  • Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred - working experience more important.
