We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Kitchen Team Lead to join our team at Garden City Poke Bar Ltd. in an exciting new opportunity.
Job SummaryThe Kitchen Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring that food quality meets our high standards.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain records of stock and wastage.
- Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to effectively convey expectations and provide feedback to staff. They will also be detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high-quality food products and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
