Culinary Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Wasuta Pasta. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
About the RoleAs a Culinary Team Lead, you will oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods. You will also supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Additionally, you will ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized, meeting quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent waste and optimize resources.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
