Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wainwright Cannabis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
