We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Service Worker to join our team at Community Living Trent Highlands. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to clients in group homes and various locations, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each client are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as crisis intervention, first aid, and client-centered care.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as developmental services or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
