Job Description

KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking an Executive Director of Diversity and Inclusion to lead our efforts in promoting a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Lead training programs to ensure all employees understand and appreciate the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop policies and procedures that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support the recruitment and retention of diverse talent, including Indigenous people, visible minorities, and newcomers/refugees.
  • Build relationships with community organizations to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, business, social sciences).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
