We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltee in Laval, QC. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone requests and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their vehicles are serviced to their satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Prepare repair and service estimates and communicate with customers regarding costs and timelines
  • Make appointments and manage work orders to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor
  • Valid Passenger Car Driver's License and experience with manual driving
  • Proficiency in SERTI - Admin software
