Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking Advisor to join our team. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales expertise to our clients.

Job Description

As a Banking Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with tailored advice and solutions.

You will also be responsible for identifying sales and referral opportunities, and working with clients to achieve their financial objectives. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Provide personalized banking solutions and services to clients
  • Identify sales and referral opportunities and work with clients to achieve their financial objectives
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service
  • Work closely with clients to resolve any banking problems or issues
Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
