Service Advisor

BMW MINI Laval is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless vehicle maintenance experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Obtain and review vehicle information to identify and suggest necessary repairs and maintenance
- Collaborate with automotive technicians to determine required repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and provide updates
- Work with the parts department to determine parts availability and scheduling of future service appointments
- Advise customers on warranty protections and potential cost savings
Requirements:
- Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
