Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Saini Logistic Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
- Track and complete work orders
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Organize warehouse and work areas
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliability and flexibility
- Parking available
